Hillcrest Property Management’s top priority has always been to deliver excellent service to our clients. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every precaution possible to protect the health and safety of our team and their families. Therefore, in step with much of the rest of the country, we will be working remotely and the office will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 18th until further notice.
From real estate investment to property management. From Highcrest to Hillcrest. Joel Garson’s eye for opportunity and endless energy has taken him from a three-person team to over 50 employees, through the fastest-changing time in human history.
We recently attended the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Premier Awards at The Drake in Chicago, IL. We are very proud to announce that two of our very own Hillcrest employees had the distinct honor of receiving IREM’s Chicagoland property management awards. We would like to extend our sincerest congratulations to Ms. Celina M. Bright and Mr. Thomas J. Purrazzo!
We have seen a lot of changes in Illinois property management as smaller, local management companies get purchased by, or merge with, national management companies. This happened again most recently with another Chicagoland property management company in the south suburbs. It’s important to know what you can expect if your current smaller, local property management company has merged with a national management company.
We are excited to announce our merger with Werk Management, effective February 1, 2018! Hillcrest Property Management and Werk Management have merged, and will operate as Hillcrest Property Management out of our Lombard office.
