Hillcrest Property Management is a team of community management professionals serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
We offer services including, but not limited to, on-site management, financial management and reporting, administrative services, community websites and additional components to help benefit the needs of every Association.
How we're different.
Established in 1970, Hillcrest managed an array of property types, including apartment complexes, shopping centers, and office buildings. Shortly thereafter, condominium management took prominence and Hillcrest assumed management of multiple Associations. As a results, the company moved exclusively toward townhome, HOA, and condominium management. Over time, Hillcrest acquired other property management companies in Illinois and grew into one of the premier association management companies in the Chicagoland area.
Since 1970, we have dedicated ourselves to providing full-service property management to our clients. We pride ourselves on the comprehensive training, solid experience, and dedicated staff that has helped us continue as one of the largest management companies in the area.
Hillcrest offers a unique team management approach to ensure the quality and scope of our HOA, townhome, and condominium management services. That approach allows us to provide ease of mind to our clients, knowing their needs are satisfied. Working closely with various Board Members, residents, and vendors has helped us become the company we are today.
To provide our clients with comprehensive and personalized management services to preserve and increase the quality and value of every Association we manage.
We use a team management approach for each community we manage that consists of a Licensed Property Manager, an Assistant Property Manager as well as a bookkeeper. The team works closely with the Board to utilize innovative and responsive planning for your Association’s current and future needs. This management style supports unity among our encompassing management services, to preserve and increase the quality and value of your Association.
