Hillcrest Property Management’s top priority has always been to deliver excellent service to our clients. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every precaution possible to protect the health and safety of our team and their families. Therefore, in step with much of the rest of the country, we will be working remotely and the office will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 18th until further notice.
We will be monitoring the situation closely to determine when to reopen the office for normal business.
Email and phone support
The good news is that Hillcrest’s technological capabilities enable everyone on our team to work seamlessly from remote locations. During this period, we will be available to you as always. Your emails and phone calls will be answered as quickly as possible as your Hillcrest professionals will be working to meet your needs. We do ask you to limit phone calls if possible, and rely on sending emails to your designated Manager, Bookkeeper, or Client Care team at ccsupport@hillcrestmgmt.com. An email blast has been sent to your Association from its Property Manager today. We will complete any mailings needed in a timely fashion, as well.
Board meetings
These extraordinary steps are necessary to preserve the health of our team and help limit spread of the virus, while upholding our commitment to you, our clients. At this time, all scheduled Board Meetings in our office, offsite, or at an Association will need to be rescheduled or the Manager can join via conference call.
Assessment payments
Please do not mail assessment payments to the Lombard address, as this will delay the posting of your payment. All assessment payments should be mailed to P.O. Box 7780, Carol Stream, IL 60197-7780. Please make sure checks are payable to your Association and that your account number is indicated on your check if you are sending payment without a payment coupon. Online assessment payments can be made by following the link on our website or going directly to www.paylease.com.
On behalf of the entire Hillcrest Property Management team, we want to thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. We wish you, your families, and your teams much good health.
