Amy has followed in the footsteps of her father, a decades-long pioneer in property management.
Transitioning from a 20-year career in corporate Human Resources, Amy’s expertise spans across diverse industries, where she honed her skills in relationship-building, problem solving, and process optimization.
Amy’s dedication to understanding the community management industry from the ground up led her to acquire a Community Association Manager license and manage a portfolio of associations. Since assuming the presidency in 2022, she has been instrumental in modernizing Hillcrest’s operations, enhancing service quality for clients.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Amy’s commitment extends to her roles on the ACAM-CEO Board of Directors and the Congregation Or Shalom Board of Directors. Guided by the philosophy that “Things happen for a reason”, Amy continues to inspire change and innovation in property management.
